Everyday life can be very stressful, especially when starting a new work out program. Here at Envision, I incorporate strength training, with Pilates, yoga and meditation techniques. Each client will start at a level where they feel most comfortable and progress at a pace that produces results without being overworked. I believe a healthy mind and soul can improve the physical body. To keep stress levels down and, overcome situations life throws at us, I include yoga and meditation in every training session. Some meditation techniques that I can share with you include an eating meditation, loving kindness meditation, and even a walking meditation that can be practiced almost anywhere. The yoga I have been exposed to include; Ashtanga, Kundalini and restorative.
