Private Yoga Sessions

A step-by-step individualized yoga session which focuses on your specific needs and abilities. Whether your goal is to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, gain or maintain flexibility, our certified yoga practitioners will guide you along the way. No longer will you get lost in the crowd, or become injured by uncorrected postures. Private sessions are one-on-one and consist of the integrity of the pose (with assistance from the practitioner) as well as attention to breathing deeply throughout the session. Private sessions are by appointment only. All levels of experience are welcomed.

Yoga for your Dosha

Yoga, the sister science of Ayurveda, is designed for your specific Dosha. Available in our wellness studio, sessions can be either private, or semi-private. Whether your constitution (body type) is Vata, Pitta, or Kapha, yoga is not only relaxing, but help with healing as well.
