8 Limbs of Yoga

Yoga is so much more than just  physical movement.....

"The practice of yoga is an art and science dedicated to creating union between body, mind and spirit. Its objective is to assist the practitioner in using the breath and body to foster an awareness of ourselves as individualized beings intimately connected to the unified whole of creation. In short it is about making balance and creating equanimity so as to live in peace, good health and harmony with the greater whole". William J.D. Doran

Cindy Shaw RYT
Cindy began practicing yoga in 2001 as a way to find  balance working in a  corporate environment.  She saw tremendous changes both in her body and her ability to calm thoughts and relax more deeply.   In 2009, she began a daily meditation practice where experienced living a more authentic day to day life, releasing fears, worries, stress.  She wanted to give back all that she had been given so she obtained her 200 RYT Certification in 2010.  She has taught more than 1000 classes and obtained her ERYT-200 as well as countless meditation courses in both yoga studio settings and corporate environment.  It brings her great joy to now teach yoga and meditation full time.
