 I wanted to connect with you my valued clients, on the topic of COVID-19 preparedness.

At Envision Personalized Health we are fortunate to be a private by appointment wellness center.
This private by appointment status allows us to have better control over our environment than most health, fitness, and wellness centers. Even though we are a low risk facility, I wanted to let you know that we are doing our part in preparedness by increasing our methods of sanitizing on all surfaces after each client. We have hand sanitizer throughout the facility.

Appointments have been limited to 1 session at a time. Appointments have been staggered to allow time for sterilizing equipment and treatment areas for each client. If you arrive early, we ask that you remain in the reception area until the client before you have exited.
To help us continue to operate safely during this time we are asking clients who are returning from travel to allow 5 days after travel before coming in to have services. Do not come in if you are feeling ill or have been around someone who has been ill. It is a good time to relax, and practice self-care.

is not the time to panic, but rather be prepared. Panic increases stress hormones which can tax your immune system. Practicing self-care by getting a good night’s sleep, drinking plenty of water, eating healthy, taking your daily vitamins, increase your vitamin C, and moderate exercise. This, along with good hand washing can go a long way in staying healthy.

At this time of year (normal cold-flu, and allergy season) our acupuncturist often sees clients for symptom relief. At this time, and until further notice, we are asking that if you are not feeling well (cold flu symptoms) do not come in before doing a phone consultation with our acupuncturist. The acupuncturist is still seeing patients for sleep, pain, or digestive issues.

We are open regular hours for private appointments personal training, boxing, yoga, massage, acupuncture, and nutrition counseling.

Our private sessions for stretching and yoga are still on the schedule as well.
