Our Small group sessions are held in our Private Studio by appointment only so you won't miss a session due to weather or over crowed space. We recommend our private BOGO session to get started. During these two sessions we will go over your health history ans access your abilities to make sure you are safe and help you set some goals so you can achieve success.
